Lee McKeigan-Dempsey

Lee’s work as a legal advisor to small and medium sized businesses includes a broad understanding of financing and corporate structures as well as the human resource issues that arise in any business. Lee regularly advises clients on employment issues, the purchase and sale of assets and the negotiation of contracts. Lee’s work in the areas of labour and employment litigation has regularly included appearances before a variety of tribunals and courts throughout New Brunswick.

Lee’s practice also includes the representation of individuals in employment matters ranging from wrongful dismissal actions to human rights claims. Lee also maintains a busy practice for her clients who need to purchase, sell or refinance real estate.

Lee is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the New Brunswick Law Society. She is a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University and the University of New Brunswick School of Law.
